North Yorkshire Scouts

The North Yorkshire Scouts website contains information for the use of members, you will find two menu bars one at the top of the page and the second to the left of the page with a range of information.

The Top Menu Bar give you information on:

• About North Yorkshire - a little information about our county of North Yorkshire. 
• Contacts - website and county office contacts - full contact list available to registered users.

The Menu to the left gives you:

• This Home Page
• County Diary - the place to find out about ALL events and meetings throughout the county.
  • Simply browse through the list and click on the event title you are interested in to find out more details.
  • To print an event details simply click on the icon - top right of page.
• County Map - a map showing the Districts of the Scout County
• Activities - information about the County Activities Team and the services they can supply.
• Sections - information about the sections that make up the scouting family.
• Vacancies - some of the vacancies for roles within the county.
• Scout Association - Link to the main Scouting website
• Join Scouts - interested in finding out where scouts are near you? This link takes you to the national information centre.
• NYJAM 2009 - Link to NYJAM 2009 - North Yorkshire Jamboree
• Campsites - information about Campsite and accomodation run by scouting around the County.
• Web Links - links various websites useful to Scouting
