County Annual General Meeting 2021 (online)

The Scouting County is required to hold an Annual General Meeting within 6 months of the end of the financial year.  All members, leaders, young members and their parents/guardians are invited to attend.  The meeting is also open to non-members of North Yorkshire Scouts.

The meeting is to:

  • Receive and consider the Annual Report of the North Yorkshire County Scout Council Trustees and County Commissioner, including the annual statement of accounts for the financial year 2020-21.
  • Approve the County Commissioner's nomination for County Chair and nominated members of the County Executive Committee.
  • Elect a County Treasurer.
  • Elect members of the County Executive Committee.
  • Appoint an independent examiner for the County's accounts.
