This year's County AGM, open to all members of North Yorkshire County Scout Council and supporters, will be online via Zoom webinar.

Nominations Now Open for Election to the County Executive Committee 2022-23 & for County Treasurer
The Executive Committee exists to support the County Commissioner in meeting the responsibilities of their appointment.  Members of the County Executive Committee must act collectively as charity Trustees of the Scout County and in the best interests of its members.  Every year at the Annual General Meeting, between 4 and 6 members who hold County roles can be elected to the County Executive Committee.   In addition, there is the opportuntiy to stand for election as County Treasurer. 
To be an elected member, you must be a full or associate member of North Yorkshire Scouts in a County role, as shown in Policy, Organisation & Rules (POR) Chapter 16, Roles Table. 
Nominations are now open to be elected to the County Executive Committee for 2022-23.  Take a look at 'Why should I become a trustee' and further information on the role of the Executive Committee.
If any eligible members wish to be nominated for election to the County Executive or stand to be elected as County Treasurer, they need to complete the simple nomination forms.  Nominations close at midday on Wednesday 17th August.

3.  Annual Report & Statement of Accounts 2021-22.
