The site is a 15 acre forest site on the side of a secluded valley with a 3 acre camping paddock boarded by a small river. The accommodation is heated and fully equipped.

On Site Activities  

•    Bookings are for camping field accommodation toilets showers car park. The site nestles in a secluded valley in the Langdale forest in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and boasts a rich diverse mixture of vegetation wild life and local history. A small river Black Beck runs around the southern most edge of the flat 2.6acre camping field. The site is affordable and excellent for both small weekend backwoodmanship survival type camps or for full week camps for up to 100 campers.

Materials are plentiful for the most ambitious bivouacs engineers and firewood is always available for cooking on the alter fires and campfires.
