The current NAN Form from The Scout Association is that dated April 2020, Edition 8. You can download it here.
When submitting your NAN Form to your District Commissioner at least 7 days prior to your event, it should be accompanied by your InTouch system with details of the main contacts who should be contacted in the event of an emergency. You can download an InTouch Checklist form here.
